1Registration

Registration for IAO 2026 is open until 15 September 2026.
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee.
The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration is completed.
Participants must select their preferred examination date during registration. Once submitted, the selected exam date cannot be changed.

IAO 2026 is open to students with basic knowledge of Abacus.
Participants must register under the appropriate level-wise category based on their current Abacus learning level.

IAO 2026 is an online competition.
The competition will be conducted on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th October 2026.
Participants must appear for the examination on the date selected during registration.
Participants must attend the examination using a device with a working camera and a stable internet connection.
Camera access is mandatory throughout the examination. Participants who do not grant camera permission will not be allowed to take the examination.
During the examination, participants cannot return to previous questions after moving to the next question.
Technical issues arising from the participant's device, internet connection, or environment are the participant's responsibility. The organizers will not be responsible for such interruptions.

The examination is monitored through camera access.
Participants must complete the examination independently without any assistance from parents, teachers, or any other person.
Any form of cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or use of unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding any misconduct shall be final.

Results will be published on the official IAO platform after evaluation.
The decision of the judges and the IAO Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.

Certificates and awards will be issued according to the official IAO award criteria.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the participant's country or location.
The organizers are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or other external factors.

By participating, parents / guardians grant permission to the organizers to use the participant's name, photograph, video recordings, competition recordings, and achievements for promotional, educational, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for competition administration, communication, certification, and related academic activities.
Participant information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the competition schedule, rules, categories, or examination format if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

By completing the registration, the participant and parent / guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition.
